Very recently, the brand has launched 3 Retinol-based Night Creams with 3 different concentrations of Retinol. And, I am pretty excited about the new launches. Let me share about the products in brief.

New Launch Alert for Re'equil Retinol Night Creams

What is Retinol?

Retinol, a derivative of vitamin A, transforms into retinoic acid, initiating a range of cellular processes that boost the production of elastin and collagen, diminish melanin, and enhance skin firmness, elasticity, and minimise hyperpigmentation.

Does Retinol/Retinol-Based Products Trigger Skin Purging?

Following the application of Retinol, you may encounter an initial phase where your skin condition temporarily worsens, manifesting as redness, flaking, and irritation.

This occurrence is attributed to retinol’s stimulation of cell turnover, prompting the expulsion of trapped debris and dead skin cells onto the skin’s surface.

This temporary purging signifies that the product is actively engaging with your skin.
