Hello to all the readers. I hope all of you are enjoying life. Today I will be reviewing Skinfood Strawberry Mask. Recently I purchased a few Korean products and this one is my most beloved one.
Price: $8.06 (around Rs.550 without delivery charges)
Availability: I bought it from Amazon. It is available only online.
Ingredients:
I always recommend everyone to go through the ingredients carefully. This is a very important thing before purchasing any cosmetics. I usually prefer www.ewg.org for its enriched database. But there is another website named CosDNA which is another awesome one. The ingredient list is as follows:
Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Sucrose, Glycerin, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, Stearalkonium Hectorite, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Lanolin, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil, Fragaria Vesca (Strawberry) Seed, Sorbitan Laurate, Fragaria Ananassa (Strawberry) Seed Oil, Water, BHT, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Caramel, CI 17290, CI 17986, Parfum.
Though the ingredients are mostly harmless. But I would suggest that before applying anything on face, go-ahead for a patch test.
I will now directly jump to the pros and cons.
Pros (reasons for buying it)
- This is an amazing exfoliator, after application you will notice an instant soft skin and a charming glow.
- Extremely moisturizing.
- Attractive packaging., in fact a sturdy one.
- The strawberry seeds and black sugar granules are plenty in number., so it gives you a feeling of a natural scrubber.
- Budget-friendly, one tub goes a long time.
- A very little amount is required.
- Can be used as body exfoliator as well.
Cons:
- Tub packaging is unhygienic. So I need to use a spatula each time.
- The oils are overpowering, for oily skinned and for dry but sensitive-skinned beauties, I would suggest that please go for a patch test.

So, overall I must say that this product is an amazing exfoliator. This is my HG scrub undoubtedly. I think you will not regret buying it. I definitely recommend this product.
